Lac Courte Oreilles Financial Services began operations in 2013, and we haven’t looked back since. From the start, our mission has been centered on creating opportunities for our tribal members and building a stronger future for the Lac Courte Oreilles community.

Through our success, we have been able to give back in meaningful ways—from providing scholarships that help tribal members pursue higher education to supporting community initiatives and funding projects that contribute to new facilities and continued development within the community. Lac Courte Oreilles Financial Services is truly a community-first employer and business.

Over the years, LCO Financial Services has experienced tremendous growth. Along with this growth, we have expanded our Lac Courte Oreilles Financial Services portfolio and brought additional portfolios fully in-house. By eliminating non-tribal servicers, LCO Financial Services is now proudly 100% tribal employee-run—a major milestone that both our team members and tribal community can celebrate.

What began as a small operation with just four or five employees in a modest office has grown into a thriving organization employing more than 100 team members. As we continue to grow, so too does the opportunity and revenue that supports the Lac Courte Oreilles community.
